TEAM
We're curious experimenters who learn by doing. Flat hierarchy, no "we've always done it this way." We find smarter, more creative ways forward. You'll work with people who've led marketing and sales at major companies and recent graduates from top universities.

OFFICE
We work mainly on-site in our Helsinki office because communication and learning happen faster this way. We support this by paying for your lunch. But working remotely every now and then is fine too.

CLIENTS AND PROJECTS
You'll work with clients from large corporations to startups across Finland and internationally. Our clients are ambitious and bold. They're willing to experiment with new tools and change how their teams work. Projects range from AI strategies and trainings to building AI tools.

‍YOUR WEEK
Client projects drive your schedule. Mondays we review pipeline and prioritize together. Thursdays we teach each other new skills. Fridays we wrap up at "Cheers and Peers" with treats like ice cream or matcha.

‍LANGUAGES
Client work happens in Finnish or English. Speaking Finnish is not required. When we hire our first international colleague, our official language will be English.
