You know how to build relationships, facilitate client interaction, and keep projects moving. You have strong analytical skills, and AI, marketing or sales expertise.

You know n8n, Make.com, Zapier or other automation tools. You understand how to build AI solutions and work directly with clients.

Visual production

You are an AD or video professional with proven taste and strong portfolio. You know how to use AI tools and have a vision for taking clients to this new era.

Ostracon AI as a workplace

Team

You'll learn from people who've led marketing, sales and communications at major companies and recent graduates who studied AI at top universities. We work mainly on-site because communication and learning happen faster this way. Working remotely every now and then is fine too.

Your week

Your typical week includes client meetings, project management, independent hands-on implementation work, and team collaboration. Depending on your role, you might also participate in sales.

Clients and projects

You'll work with clients from large corporations to startups across Finland and internationally. Projects range from AI strategies to building AI tools and training client teams.

Languages

Client work happens in Finnish or English. Speaking Finnish is not required. When we get our first international colleague, our official language will be English.
