We are now hiring AI Process Developers to join our automation team.
What you’ll do
You’ll build and develop AI-enhanced automations and AI agents for our clients’ sales and marketing functions.
The work is hands-on: designing workflows, implementing automations, and keeping multiple client projects moving at the same time. You’ll work directly with clients, so the ability to communicate clearly and build trust matters as much as technical skill.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working with automation platforms and Claude Code, applied to sales and marketing.
What we’re looking for
We want someone with genuine interest in AI, marketing and sales, not just one of these. Technical skill develops through doing, but attitude and curiosity you need to bring yourself.
Required
- Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing, computer science, information systems, or another relevant field
- Experience or strong interest in marketing and/or sales processes
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms and Claude Code (+ other AI tools)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep things organised
- Ability to work both in Finnish and English, as we support our clients in their local and global marketing
- Client-oriented mindset and clear communication
Nice to have
- Outreach sequences and/or inbound processes know-how
- SEO content production experience
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation systems
- Sales and marketing analytics and dashboards competence
- AI-assisted image or video production experience
