We’re hiring a Marketing & AI Consultant to join our enterprise team, led by Nea Höynälä, Head of Strategy & New Markets.
What you’ll do
You’ll work on AI strategy and implementation projects for enterprise marketing teams. On the strategy side, you’ll map AI use cases, build AI roadmaps, redesign processes, and evaluate AI tools. On the implementation side, you’ll build plugins, agents, image pipelines, and context layers, and deliver upskilling programs and ongoing PMO and technical support. Most projects run for several months with overlapping workstreams, so you’ll manage multiple timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of marketing experience, comfortable advising on and carrying out the full spectrum of marketing activities
- Consulting experience or a track record running complex projects in a highly organized way
- Daily use of AI tools in real work, with a pull towards Claude Code and building agents, plugins, etc.
- Strong project management: you’ll keep several 6-figure projects moving with nothing falling through
- Clear written and verbal English: you’ll present to and challenge leadership teams
- Analytical thinking: you can turn vague, messy problems into a clear approach
- Master’s degree or equivalent in marketing, computer science, information systems or another relevant field
Nice to have
- Experience connecting messy marketing data to AI tools OR designing and explaining architecture decisions to IT teams
- Strong Finnish communication skills, as we serve local and global clients
- Experience leading a marketing team
