We’re hiring a Marketing Consultant or Senior Marketing Consultant to join our Marketing as a Service team, led by Laura Määttä, Head of Marketing as a Service. The MaaS team runs AI-powered marketing for clients as a monthly service.
What you’ll do
You’ll handle our clients’ marketing from strategy to execution, with AI at the core of your work. You’ll plan campaigns, create content, run channels and report on results for several clients at once. You’ll also continuously develop our marketing processes with AI to make them faster and better. Client teams will rely on you as their go-to marketing partner.
What we’re looking for
- 3–10 years of marketing experience, with hands-on work across different channels
- Experience with AI tools and eagerness to further develop our ways of working
- A fast learner who’s curious, asks good questions and turns feedback into better work
- A highly organized way of working: you keep several clients’ work moving with nothing falling through
- Analytical thinking: you read the results and know what to change next
- A degree in marketing or another relevant field
- Clear written and verbal English: you’ll present to and advise client teams
Nice to have
- Strong Finnish communication skills, as we serve local and global clients
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics or paid media
- Experience with Claude Code or building agents and plugins
